Fyreye Addressable High Temperature Heat Detector (FEAHH2000)

Fyreye Addressable High Temperature Heat Detector (FEAHH2000):

The FEAHH2000 is an analogue addressable high temperature heat detector. The measuring circuit is based on a single precision thermistor, whose characteristics change according to temperature in a defined manner. This change in characteristics is converted to an analogue value, and sent digitally back to the fire alarm control panel. On the FEAHH2000, the analogue reading changes by one count when the temperature rises by 2.17 °C, so the detector will return a value of 55 at 90 °C. The Fyreye High Temperature Heat Detector is particularly suitable for environments with high ambient temperatures, such as boiler rooms & laundry drying rooms.

The Fyreye 'Extra' range of analogue detectors have an extra LED to improve detector identification in an alarm condition. The 2 LED’s allow an alarm to be observed from all angles.

The detector works with the Zeta Addressable Protocol and is compatible with all current Zeta analogue addressable control panels. It comes supplied with a locking grub screw to prevent unauthorised head removal.

The FEAHHE2000 is an Analogue Addressable fixed heat detector. It will respond with a value of 95 if the detector is triggered through a fixed heat alarm of 90°C.
